Maryland Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy 2008
Yolanda was one of twenty (20) individuals selected to participate in the 2008 MAR Leadership Academy.
Committee members select Academy participants based on the interview and the completed application. The selection team seek representation from a cross section of the REALTOR® profession. These potential leaders may be active in business, education, the arts, religion, government, community based organizations,ethnic or minority groups, or real estate specialty areas.

Shining Star Award (2009) Maryland Association of Realtors®
Yolanda Muckle, a sales associate with Long & Foster® Real Estate, Inc., received a 2009 Shining Star award from the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR) during the organization’s annual convention in Ocean City, Md.
The Shining Star award is given in recognition of outstanding and enthusiastic support of MAR’s committees and programs. As a member of the Communications Committee, she wrote an article entitled “TV Can Teach a Lot About Staging a Home, if Only Your Sellers will Listen...” for the Maryland Realtor magazine.
As a sales associate with Long & Foster’s Mitchellville office, Muckle has been an active member of the MAR for six years as well as the Prince George’s Association of Realtors.
Consistently considered a high achiever since becoming a realtor, Muckle has frequently been cited as a top producer, which has earned her membership on Long & Foster’s® Gold Team.
